Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
• For us to raise invoices and despatch goods to you and to carry out customer service. We will not use your data for our own marketing purposes without your consent
• We will NOT share your information with anyone outside Mayfield Heritage Group

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on a computer and in a PayPal Business Account.
We keep contact details, ordering details and customer service interaction (emails, letters etc) for 3 years. We will then dispose of your information by deleting the data from our computers and Online PayPal Business Account. The Online PayPal Business account is only accessible by Mayfield Heritage Group and NOT the PayPal organisation.
