Visitors and residents of Mayfield can now enjoy guided walks around the historical highlights of our village, thanks to our recently launched ‘Discovering Mayfield’ leaflet and boards.  The oldest house in Mayfield  dates from 1440 and parts of the church are Norman, built in 1125. Our carefully researched leaflet contains information about 57 sites of interest in and around our village. It is available free of charge at each of the illustrated boards situated in five key locations or by downloading from this website.
